The good news: Madeleine is happy and moving around (crawling, pulling up to standing, standing) a lot.
The bad news: her iron (stores) are still low (after 4 months of giving iron drops) AND she's still not gaining weight/growing even though she eats like a linebacker!!!
SO, we're leaning toward thinking MAYBE Maddie's got Celiac Disease as her symptoms point in that direction (little weight gain, anemia, family history).
We're waiting on a call from the doctor to schedule an endoscopy.
We'll post more as we know.
In the meantime, please keep Madeleine in your thoughts/prayers (that we finally figure all this out)!
